Tunisia: In the third quarter of 2024, Tunisia's economy grew by 1.8% year-on-year, primarily driven by advancements in the agricultural sector. The government aims to increase economic growth to 3.2% in 2025.

By mid-2024, the MENA region was home to approximately 16.6 million forcibly displaced and stateless individuals.

This figure underscores the ongoing humanitarian challenges and the need for sustained international support to address the complex political and security environments contributing to displacement.

However, forecasts for 2025 are more optimistic, anticipating a rebound to approximately 3.6%, driven by a recovery in oil production and an easing of regional conflicts.
